Here is a quilt I made for Mom & Dad back in 2006. The back has a family tree on it!

My niece will be born soon and I wanted her to have a fantastic coming home outfit. Mommy just has to find a shirt and some socks!

shorties for Bekkah

My friend Stacey is having a baby in April. I knitted her some Shorties for baby Bekkah since she's interested in trying wool as a diaper cover (cloth diapers). I love wool and can't get enough of it. I knit for Abby all the time, although right nowise have too many projects lined up to get her Shorties done. Hopefully winter will stick around a few more weeks so I can get them knitted up quick!

twirly skirty

Do you remember the quilt I made for Haley way back when? I had leftover fabric and came across a great tutorial on how to make a twirly skirt. I grabbed some supplies and off we went to make a skirt fit for a princess!

Forgive me, I only had blue thread and I have not cut the threads yet!

arm mitts

While playing in the snow Haley's wrists were exposed and getting cold. Rather than attempt to locate longer gloves in late January (for tiny hands!) I knitted her some arm mitts. She played outside with these for over an hour.

I still need to sew a decorative button on this but its super warm and served me well this very cold, snowy winter!

its been awhile...

Things have been busy and there's been no lack of craftiness. Finding time to post pictures, well, that's a different story. I'm going to try to catch up!

This is a hat I knitted to match a pair of knit pants I made for a friends daughter.
